South Florida Fishing Report – February 10, 2008

Sunday, February 10th, 2008 Captain Wally

Today was the MIASF Fort Lauderdale Billfish Tournament One Day Slam. We were fortunate enough to have repeat customers from New Jersey show up on Thursday and wanted to fish today. I explained that there was a tournament and they said it sounded like a good idea, so we fished it. Fishing was a little slow, but we did catch a sailfish. We also caught a kingfish, a mahi-mahi, and a bonito. It was nice to turn in a release card, some boats were not as lucky. The customers were so happy that they are already planning to come back next year and fish the tournament again. Well that’s all for now, hope to see you soon.
