South Florida Fishing Report – April 13, 2009
We had three parties of two sharing the boat this afternoon. We started the trip catching speedos. Some of the other boats were catching kingfish trolling so we tried slow trolling the speedos. We missed two or three bites then went trolling. We caught three kingfish, two bonito, and one mahi-mahi. We missed a few other fish the went wreck fishing. We tried four wrecks before getting a bite. We missed a fish then caught a bluefish and a nice almico jack, similar to an amberjack, before going back.
